Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet and drizzle or rub them with avocado oil. Sprinkle plenty of salmon seasoning and massage all sides of the salmon.

Slide the baking sheet under the broiler and cook for 8 minutes. The salmon is done when its internal temperature reaches 125 to 130°F and can be easily pulled apart with a fork.
