A judge in South Africa has criticized the conduct of two health agencies and ordered them to pay costs in a case involving the Tiger Brands Listeria case.

The National Institute for Health Research (NHLS) and the National Institute for Communicable Diseases (NICD) were ordered to pay the costs of the applicant and Tiger Brands in a Johannesburg High Court ruling in May.
