
It’s not a secret that I like coffee, and it’s not like a pumpkin spice latte! Every year, when you look at the Starbucks PSL on the sign, you will get water in my mouth. But I can’t justify the consumption of many sugar (50 grams of Grande size) and all the additives. Needless to say, it takes about $ 6+ per cup to eat sugar!
I wanted to find a way to get a pumpkin taste without baristas. With my love for pumpkin coffee, I knew I had to find a way to make it less at home.
Pumpkin Spice Latte Recipe with Real Pumpkin
I have fine adjustment of this easy pumpkin spice latte recipe over the years and now I can’t drink anything else! It can be easily made for yourself or crowd with a blender and stove top (or a bowl pot).
This pumpkin spice latte is very similar to a coffee shop PSL version without artificial colors, flavor and sweeteners. Oh, and it actually contains pumpkin puree … it’s not a real pumpkin spice latte without it!
If you use the canned pumpkin purchased from the store and do not use the entire can, the rest is frozen from the ice cube tray and store it in the bag for future placement. Or use this warm pumpkin bread recipe. For more pumpkin recipe ideas, check the end of this post.
Ingredients for real food pumpkin spice latte
I like to fly and use grass food milk, but not everyone can have dairy products. This coffee recipe naturally doesn’t have gluten but can make it without dairy products. Coconut milk, almond milk, oat milk or macadamia milk. (Macadamia is my favorite thing!) These are easy to find in the store, but homemade nut milk is cheap and low water.
I use half a time of pumpkin pie spices, but if you don’t have pie spices, you can use a mix of cinnamon, cloves and nutrients. It is similar to the difference, but there is no cadamon or black pepper. This spices are naturally antioxidants and antibacterial agents. Colds and fluses are suitable for the year where they like their own rounds. And pure vanilla extracts round warm spices in this coffee drink.

Whipped heavy cream or coconut cream masses are more decadent after finishing this recipe. Try to use whipped cream dispenser for whipped cream (and low sugar).
To avoid sugar, omit sugar. I use this pumpkin spice steviadrop and don’t miss a little sugar! I also want to add some vanilla to homemade whipped cream. Do not worry if you need to skip dairy products. This coconut whipped cream can be easily made.

Homemade pumpkin spice latte
This delicious pumpkin spice latte is easy to make and made of real food. Taste of all coffee shops without additives!
Espresso (or coffee) is brewed directly with a large mug with honey or maple syrup to dissolve in heat.
In a small pot, stir together, milk, pumpkin pure and pumpkin pie spices are not steamed, but it warmly warms it with medium low heat until it does not boil. Remove from heat and stir vanilla.
Bubble warm pumpkin milk mixture until it becomes bubble. Use a blender, froth or Immersion Blender (see the tip below).
Pour a bubble pumpkin milk mixture into a mug with a sweet espresso.

If you want, put whipped cream or whipped coconut cream and sprinkle with pumpkin pie spices or cinnamon.
How to bubble milk
- Blender: Move carefully with a blender and mix it in a high state for 20-30 seconds until it becomes a foam.
- How to flooded mixer: Pot or heat-use it directly in the safety jar and mix until it becomes foam.
- How to do it: The handheld toilet also works, but first, warming will help you deepen your taste. This stainless steel, electricity devastation is warm at the same time and warms the foam.
Tips for making homemade pumpkin spice latte
- Best milk for bubbles: All milk makes the most cream foam (raw and full food milk is my favorite milk). But handmade or barista style almonds or cashew milk also work well. Easily avoid thin nuts milk without bubbles. Macadamia nut milk is especially delicious!
- Shortcut tip: Many electric milk frauders can make heating and foam at the same time. So you can pour milk into the mug by warming milk, zucchini and spices in your cup.
If you want more, you can doubles the recipes for more people. I even increase the ingredients by 10 times and keep it warm with slow cookers or hard water. For ice versions, use a strong cold beer. Or cool the coffee first and mix all the ingredients of the blender with 1/2 cup of ice.
For extra protein boosts, sometimes you will put a healthy protein powder spoon for the grass or more protein.
