An Australian hotel has been fined for food hygiene violations linked to a foodborne illness that infected 76 people.
The Terrigal Plaza Hotel in New South Wales was ordered to pay more than A$53,000 (US$37,000) in fines and costs at Gosford Local Court earlier this week, after being found guilty of four offenses under the NSW Food Act 2003.
