Ulta recently changed its rewards program. First, the name changed from Ultamate Rewards to Ulta Beauty Rewards. Second, members now have Choose Rather than receiving a set number of products, it is better to receive a variety of products based on your birthday month.
But some things remain the same, like getting double rewards throughout your birthday month. The most loyal Beauty Rewards tiers, Platinum and Diamond members, will receive an additional gift of $10 off almost everything in addition to the freebie during their birthday month.

Getting a birthday present is easy. Here's what you need to do:
- Sign up for a free Ulta Beauty Rewards account by entering your email address and mailing address.
- Enter your date of birth to receive a birthday gift in your birthday month. To be eligible, you must enter your date of birth by the 8th day of your birthday month.
- At the beginning of your birthday month, you will receive an email with an opportunity to earn double rewards points on all purchases during your birthday month. The points really add up. For example, when you reach 750 rewards points, you will receive $30 off all purchases.
- You can receive birthday gifts online via birthday email or by searching “birthday gifts” on ulta.com.
