How to make DIY makeup actually used

I experimented with many DIY projects over the years. Everything from lotion bar to toothpaste and vanilla latte scrubs. I get a lot of questions about natural makeup and what I use. So it’s not surprising that I learned how to make DIY natural makeup a lot!

Makeup was clearly one of the hardest things to find alternatives. The university actually collected makeup and had endless tubes, small and brushes that did not use half.

Here’s what I made and the best results.

Natural makeup

There is a good natural alternative to buy (see the list below), but the cheapest and most natural way is to make your own. You already have all the ingredients in the kitchen!

Do you want to buy?

Do you not want to make your own makeup or buy all the ingredients? The most favorite places to buy natural and healthy makeup are: You can find everything in the basics, such as blush, lipstick, eye makeup.

Natural skin care

What you do on your skin is as important as makeup before using makeup. Thankfully there is a great natural option for skin care.

I absolutely like the oil cleansing method. This uses natural oil to balance the skin to make the skin soft and smooth. I usually use oil cleansing methods at night and wash my face with honey if necessary in the morning.

You can also use sugar scrubs and facial masks to make your skin shine. Find a natural skin care recipe that can customize your skin care routine here.

Using appropriate skin care makes the skin naturally healthy and you don’t even need to make makeup for most times. Most days, I skip the makeup completely. When I wear it, these are the recipes and products I use.

Natural Foundation

I used to use cocoa powder in dry shampoo before, so why not try makeup? My friend is recommended to use cocoa for bronzers. The result recipe is similar to mineral makeup.

I start with arrowhead powder and zinc oxide, then slowly add cocoa powder and add cinnamon in detail. It also adds white cosmetics clay, Fuller earth clay, French green clay and golden mica powder fins. Add a little at once until you get the shades you want. Zinc offers more coverage, and micro is softer and looks brighter.

Is there no ingredients? Simple mixing of Arrowroot and a small amount of cocoa powder and cinnamon works well. They will not provide a lot of coverage (be careful because cinnamon can stimulate the skin).

The more natural basic options are:

Natural bronzer/blush

For simple handmade bronzers, use Arrowroot, Cocoa powder and cinnamon to get dark shades. The finely dried beetle roots or hibiscus flowers can also add pink tones. They must be very detailed to work!

You can also add some zinc oxide powder to the base and add red or pink mica powder to add extra sparkles.

Natural eye makeup

Always be careful when using natural products, even natural products near your eyes. People wearing contact lenses may need to be more careful to avoid scratches. In other words, I have my favorite DIY option in the eye area.

One day I want a lazy and fast mascara option. I will mix natural aloe vera gel, vitamin E oil and active charcoal masses. Not so accurate… I know. Apply using Mascara Wand.

For the eyelinerI use a small cocoa powder mixed with coconut oil or enabled charcoal and whipped shea butter.

To create a softer eyeliner, mix the same part of coconut oil and shea butter (about 1/2 ons) and add about 1/2 tsp active charcoal to create a thick black eyeliner. You can also do cocoa powder for brown shades.

DIY natural lips

You probably don’t expect to find a lead in your lipstick, but there is a small amount. Also, other harmful ingredients that absorb and swallow all day. Here are some recipes for avoiding toxins and making them yourself!

Natural makeup remover

Squeeze out the need to buy additional products (perhaps full of less than the ideal material) and try one of simple and natural makeup removers. You will already have the ingredients around the house!

Supplement for skin care

I am convinced that what we put in our body is much more important than we put in your skin health. I had a terrible acne. Since I changed my diet (removal), healed the intestines, and took supplements, I will not break up at all. and… The scars of my past have been healed. The supplement that made the biggest difference for me is:

  • Fish oil -vitamins A, D and K, omega -3 and antioxidants are all good for skin.
  • Gelatin -Pioneers of collagen (which is also good for cellulite) that make hair, skin and nails noticeably strong and smooth.
  • Magnesium-anti-inflammatory drugs (and most of us are not enough!). Local magnesium oil seems to be the most effective for skin health.
