Elderberry Gummies Recipe
Use Elderberry Syrup to create handmade gumi bears to support the immune system. Delicious way to beat colds and fluses.
Mold or glass fan with coconut oil to prevent fixing.
Put ¼ cup of the cooled Elderberry syrup in 2 cups and quickly shake off the gelatin powder.
Add ½ cups of hot water (not boiled) and stir quickly until it becomes smooth.
Put the rest of the Elderberry syrup and stir or stir until it is completely soft.
Pour into the fungus and refrigerated for 2 hours or completely hard.
Stick out of the mold and store it in a sealed container with parchment.

Serving size and dose
It depends on the mold of the size you actually use how much you take. And since this is a food -based treatment, there are much more margins for taking errors (compared to OTC and prescription drugs).
1 tablespoon of Gumi liquid and 2 and ¼ teaspoons are equal to Elderberry syrup of 1 tablespoon. If each Gumi bear uses 4ml of Gumi Bear Mold, it is translated into 6-7 Gumi bears.
- Children can take 1-2 Gumi bears as needed.
- Adults can take 3-6 Gumi bears as needed.
This is just an example. If the fungus is larger, eat less per serving. If you are smaller, you eat a few more. Either way, they are delicious!
