Lando Norris led OSCAR PIASTRI to 1-2 in Hungarian Grand Prix’s first practice.
Five days later in the Belgian battle, Norris flew from the block by setting the fastest time on the Budapest opening session.
But the championship leader, PiaStri, was only 0.019 seconds behind his Mclaren teammate, and Ferrari’s Charles Leclerc scored one -half at a speed of one -quarter.
Following his Belgian Grand Prix victory, PiaStri is 16 points ahead of Norris in Drivers’ Championship and will expand the lead that begins after Sunday race before summer vacation.
Australians won the Virgin Grand Prix in Hungary 12 months ago after the enthusiastic team radio exchange between Norris and the team.

“The best time in Oscar came to the used soft tire set, but both had speed. Lando’s fastest rap was in the rail. It looked like a scalectrix car passing through the last corner.”
Racing Bulls’s Isack Hadjar continued to impress fourth ahead of Lewis Hamilton. Lewis Hamilton suffered from braking when he had at least two large locks during his first practice and finished 0.682s.

Lewis Hamilton was frustrated on Tim Radio, continuing to struggle with Ferrari in a practice in Hungary.
Haas’s Oliver Bearman was sixth and Kimi Antonelli was the seventh place Mercedes.
George Russell ranked 8th in the first session and ranked 9th in the first session after confirming the media that he would stay with Red Bull in 2026. Red Bull brought a new front wing to the BUDAPEST, but did not create an immediate difference in the performance of VERSTAPPEN 0.888s.
