He told reporters that there were civilians in Canfield Mountain. This is full of hiking and bicycle trails, so it will be safe to assume that others are still there.
The call to the brush fire came on Sunday at about 13:22 local time (19:22 GMT). At 14:00, firefighters reported that the shooting was fired.
