Intrepid launches rail travel for sustainable travel: Travel Weekly

Intrepid Travel has launched a new rail travel product dedicated to encouraging slower, more sustainable travel.

The new rail travel collection features 40 journeys, including three new itineraries across Asia and Europe, set for 2025.

Intrepid said the launch reflects the company's long-term product development plan to replace internal flights with less carbon-intensive options as part of its global decarbonization strategy. The company also said new customer data shows 75% of travelers hope to take the train on their next trip.
