The UK has sanctioned two extreme Israeli ministers on the occupied Westbank about “repetitive stimuli on violence against the Palestinian community.”
Itamar Ben-Gvir and Bezalel Smotrich will all ban to enter the United Kingdom, and will be fixed in the UK as part of the actions announced by the Foreign Minister.
David Lammy said, SmoTrich’s finance and minister Ben-Gvir said he had “severe abuse of extreme violence and Palestinian human rights.”
In response to this, Israel said:
Sanctions are part of the joint movement of the UK, Norway, Australia, Canada and New Zealand on Tuesday.
Smotrich and Ben-Gvir were also criticized for their position on the war. The two ministers opposed the aid for Gaza and demanded that the Palestinians settled outside the territory there.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has strengthened its international response by joining Australia, Canada, New Zealand, and Norway because the Palestinian community in Westbank has been suffering from serious violence by the extremist Israelites who undermine the future Palestinian countries.
Lammy said: “This behavior is not allowed: this is why we took action now.
“We will try to achieve immediate ceasefire in Gaza, and we will work for the immediate release of the remaining hostages of Hamas, which cannot play a role in the future that can have the governance of the Gaza, the surge of support and the way to the two national solutions.”
Gideon Saar, Israeli Secretary of Foreign Affairs, said the cabinet met next week and said that he would respond to “unlawful decisions.”
“With Australia, Canada, New Zealand and Norway partners, it is clear that the British’s violence and intimidation should be stopped in the Westbank’s Palestinian community.”
In the statement, it said that the action against summotrik and Ben-Gir said, “Israel cannot be separated from the events of the Gaza that must support the international humanitarian law.”
The ministers lead the ultra -nationalist party in the ruling Union, which occupies the majority of eight seats in the parliament. Ben-GVir’s otzma YEHUDIT (Jewish Power) support and seven seats of SMOTRICH’s religious Zionist party with six seats are important for the government’s survival.
With a new settlement in West Bank, Sumo Tree said he felt “despair” of British movements.
“The UK has already tried once to prevent us from settling the cradle of our hometown, and we can’t do it again,” he said. “We decided to continue to build.”
The minister suggested that the British ruled Palestine and imposed restrictions on Jewish immigration from the late 1930s to the late 1940s.
Israel has built about 160 settlements that accept about 700,000 Jews since occupying Westbank and East Jerusalem in the 1967 Middle East War.
The majority of the international community consider illegal agreements in accordance with international law. Last year, the position supported by the ICJ’s advisory opinion is arguing about this.
Foreign Minister Hamisch Pal Connor said in Tuesday Commons, and in 2024, he saw “worst settlers violence” at West Bank for the past 20 years, and this year was “violent.”
Pal Corner mentioned the sanctions imposed on the two ministers, saying, “We are responsible for causing settlement violence.”
Falconer said Smotrich and Ben-Gvir continued their “terrible” investigation despite the British government warnings.
The possibility of sanctioning these two ministers has long been on the pipeline.
Sir Cameron said in October 2023-24 that he had planned sanctions by pressing Israel when he became a foreign minister from 2023-24.
The UK’s decision reflects the growing pressure on the public and parliament that the Gaza and Westbank should take additional measures against the Israeli government.
It also comes after the steady expansion of pressure by the British and other allies.
Last month, leaders in the UK, France and Canada issued a joint statement that Israel is in danger of breaking international law.
The United Kingdom also stopped trade conversations with Israel.
In common last month, Lammy explained that SMOTRICH’s Palestinians’ “Cleansing” gazes were “monster” and “dangerous” extremism.
