How to Make Italian Grinder Pasta Salad

This pasta salad is ready in just 20 minutes! While the pasta is cooking, you can chop the vegetables and mix the dressing. Everything comes together quickly for a bold, fresh, and filling salad.

  1. Cook: Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain, rinse with cold water, drain well and cool.
  2. Combine: In a large bowl, combine pasta, lettuce, tomatoes, salami, pepperoni, deli meat, provolone, red onion, and pepperoncini.
  3. To make the dressing: In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, red wine vinegar, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, garlic, and pepperoncini liquid until smooth.
