Jair Bolsonaro’s lawyers will offer a lawyer claim at the Brazilia Supreme Court on Wednesday.
Former Brazilian president ruled the country from January 2019 to December 2022, and was accused of led the coup after losing the presidential election in 2022.
The judge, who presided over the trial on Tuesday, insisted that Bolso Naro tried to set up a “true dictatorship” after losing to the left -wing competitor, Louis Louis, Lula Da Silva.
Bolso Naro condemned him as a “witch hunt” who refused to prosecute and motivated politically.
The former president did not attend Tuesday sessions, which showed the beginning of the last stage of the trial.

One of the eight men who were trial, Bolsonaro’s former advisor, Mauro CID, agreed to sign a plea and provide light sentences and evidence in return.
According to the prosecution, some of the most damaging evidence of Bolsonaro comes from the information provided by the CID.
The lawyer of CID made a speech at this meeting on Tuesday, and he stressed that his client was not forced to traffic, and therefore argued that his testimonies were extracted by pressure.
Celso Vilardi, one of the lawyers in Volsona, said in a Wednesday session that CID’s lawyer said he would respond to “point by point”.
All lawyers of the accused say that judges will vote one by one. This will occur in one of the scheduled sessions next week.
To be convicted of the defendant, the majority out of three votes are required.
Then each judge may recommend a sentence to those who have been convicted.
Bolsonaro and his co -accused may appeal to the Supreme Court if they are convicted.
