Manchester City signed the goalkeeper James Trafford in Burnley.
Trafford has signed a five -year contract with an additional year option and will compete with Ederson for PEP Guardiola’s No 1 shirt.
Stefan Ortega, which started 13 games in the Premier League last season, is expected to leave the club, but the exit is not close to agreement.

The return to Trafford’s Man City fulfills the dream of returning to the club.
England U21 goalkeeper said: “It’s a special and proud moment for me and my family to join the city again.

“I am also very happy and honored to get a chance to work with PEP and world -class players.
“I’m still young and hungry for learning, learning, and improving, and I know that a better environment than Manchester City has no environment to help me become the best goalkeeper.
“I can’t wait for the first time to play in front of Amazing City fans, and I will do my best to help this great club to see to achieve more success.”
TRAFOD joined City ‘S Academy in 2015, but after finishing loans in Accrington and Bolton, the first team football was needed. Ederson still took him to Turf Moor, a man to replace in Etihad Stadium.
“When I had a chance to go to Burnley, I thought it was the right step for me at that moment, and in the long run, it was to achieve it to come back here. I’m happy to achieve it.”
