All taste is lighted with this I was inspired by the Caribbean Sea It is coated with the magic of baked baked and tofu and the magic of the journey seasoning, and is paired with sweet and crispy mango cucumber salad and cream sauce. This is a big bowl of yum!

How to make a jerk tofu and baked plantation to make a bowl

First: stupid! And we are not referring to the kind that blocks you in traffic. The journey seasoning comes from Jamaica and is a warm and spicy mix of smoke. Our DIY version comes with salt, brown sugar and several basic spices in a few minutes.

For this recipe, we’ll have a stupid spice blend. Amazingly Tasteful sauce For tofu and plantation by adding olive oil, tamari and maple syrup. Olive oil and maple syrup gets crispy edges, while Tamari adds the depth of taste.

Tofu & Plantation

  • 1/4 cup DIY Jamaica Zhiki Seasoning (Or spices purchased at similar stores)
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp Tamari (check gluten free as needed)
  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 (14-16 ounces) Package Super Company Tofu*
  • 2 ripe Plantation (Yellow with brown spots) // 2 plants are produced to 2 cups or 370g slice)

Parsley hinishus

  • 1/2 cup Freshly chopped parsley (Or as subcylant)
  • 1/4 cup Ta Hini
  • 3 Tbsp lime juice (2 lime yield ~ 3 tbsp or 45 mL)
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil (optional // extra cream/balance)
  • 1/2-1 TSP Tamari
  • 1 TSP maple syrup
  • 1/4-1/3 cup water (mix)
  • Before preheating, two oven racks are arranged and two baking sheets enter the oven. Preheat the oven to 425F (218 c) and reduce two baking sheets of standard size with parchment.

  • In a small mixing bowl, the journey seasonings are combined with olive oil, tamari and maple syrup to stir to stir. This is your stupid sauce.

  • Tofu: Tofu is destroyed to 1/2 inch size and arranged in one of the baking sheets with lined on parchment. Put half of the stupid sauce and throw tofu evenly. When the oven is preheated, bake for 10 minutes while preparing the plantation.

  • Plantation: Trim the end to cut the plantation. Then use the knife tip to cut the shallow cuts through the shell, so do your best to avoid penetrating the flesh of the plantation. Remove the shell and cut the plantation thinly into a 1/4 inch slice. Put it in another baking sheet and put the remaining stupid sauce. Coating uniformly and sprinkle the plantation on the baking sheet.

  • Remove tofu from the oven and throw. Put the tofu in the oven and put the plantation in another rack. Bake for 16-20 minutes until the tofu becomes darker, crispy, the plantation is soft and caramel, and threw the plantation halfway.

  • Meanwhile, prepare a mango cucumber salad and create a parsley hinish sauce (see the next stage).
  • Parsley Hinishus: Add all source ingredients (the amount of Tamari) to the blender and mix until soft and well combined. If necessary to taste, adjust, thinly/mix as needed, add more water and add more lime juice for zing, more tamar for salty taste, or more maple syrup for sweetness.

  • To serve, divide the tofu and the plantation between the bowls that provide a bowl, and add mango cucumber salad with avocado or avocados sauce (optional). Enjoy and enjoy the Dr.

  • Fresh but remaining foods are kept in the refrigerator (separate container) for 2-3 days.

*If you can’t find a super company tofu, the additional company tofu works in this recipe. In case of use Additional company Wrapped with tofu and absorption towels, I put heavy objects such as Cas Iron Fry Pan at the top for 10-15 minutes to press the extra moisture.
*The recipe for the written recipe makes ~ 1 cup parsley hinnisus.
