How much do you feed?
This free weekly meal plan is just what you need to start your week off right. You’ll get 5 meals to feed 4-6 people (depending on whether you’re feeding adults or children) and a shopping list is included! Planning your weekly menu with fresh ideas and easy-to-make recipes will be a lifesaver.
Tips for picky eaters
Meal planning using this week’s recipes is super easy to customize for your family! Here are some tips to help even the pickiest of eaters achieve effective meals:
- Sneak in some veggies: Add some nutrients without anyone knowing by mixing spinach or carrots into lasagna sauce or cheeseburger soup.
- Custom Toppings: Let everyone make their own taco pizza or Hawaiian haystack. Kids love being in control of their own dishes!
- Toned down spice: For Korean beef, use less sauce or switch to a mild teriyaki glaze if your kids don’t like spicy food.
- Material Exchange: Don’t you love pineapples in Hawaiian haystacks? If you want a sweet crunch, use chopped apples or grapes instead.
- Make it fun: Cut taco pizza into fun shapes, add colorful toppings, or dip crackers into cheeseburger soup.
- Simply: For kids who prefer simple flavors, don’t use regular pasta in their lasagna or add onions to their soup.
- Add to favorites: Sprinkle extra cheese on anything. You can easily win their heart!

Save leftovers for meal planning
I only meal plan Monday through Friday because sometimes I have plans for the weekend or have leftovers to finish off the week! If you have leftover food, store it in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
