This technology uses strategic ventilation and ingredients with different hot spots to ensure proper cooking throughout the food.

The food and beverage manufacturer has targeted innovation as its “biggest single driver” as it aims to increase net sales by $2 billion by 2027. Alan Kleinerman said: Vice President and Head of Innovation at Kraft HeinzI told Food Dive last year. He noted that 360Crisp is considered an “important innovation” in achieving that goal.
