A director who exchanges punches with Muhammad Ali in a famous rumble in the jungle fight

Known as Big George in the ring, the United States has competed for decades since the 1960s, winning gold medals in the Olympics and winning numerous title belts, including twice the world heavyweight title.

His amateur boxing career, born on January 10, 1949 at George Edward Foreman, won a gold medal at the 1968 Olympics in the 1968, and shaken a small American flag after his victory.
In his autobiography, he said, “As much as I am myself,” he is shaking the flag.
“I informed everyone who I was and at the same time I proudly thought I became an American.”

After turning an expert in 1969, he quickly ranked. By 1972 he won 37 fights. 35 of them were rust. The first shot in the World Heavyweight Championship began when he overpowered Joe Frazier, a world champion that began in 1973.

Forman lost a heavyweight title to Muhammad Ali in Rumble in 1974, famous in the 1974 jungle fight. To wear Forman, Ali leaned back on the rope.
He once called the loss “the most embarrassing moment of his life.”
“I couldn’t believe that I just lost the world title,” he added. “I went from pride to sympathy. It is destructive.
Forman said his opponent was “the hardest human being I met.”

There was a big change in 1977. Shortly after fighting the American Boxer Jimmy Young, Forman gave up boxing and returned to religion and became a pastor in 1978. He later established George Forman Youth, Community Center and Lord Jesus Christ Church.
He was “the best work for me” when he finally preached “the best thing to happen to me.”

Nearly 10 years later, Forman decided to pick up his gloves in 1987 and return to the ring to raise funds for the Youth Center. During the successful return to sports, he won 24 games before he was defeated with Evander Holyfield after the 12th round in 1991.

In 1994, he took B from a new venture and became the face of George Fornaman Grill, also called “Lean Mean Grilling Machine.” In the boxing ring, he became the oldest heavyweight champion at the age of 45 in the same year. Three years later in 1997, he retired from boxing and accumulated 76 wins and five defeats.

Forman had 12 children. All of them include five sons named George. He took a picture here with his son George III. He once described himself as “always in common.” According to his website, he preached his ministry four times a week and continued to work in church until he died.
