Despite Peggy's world-famous status, Mrs Middleton said Peggy was “just like any other dog you'll see walking around town”. However, Peggy “really loves” the attention and is used to being the center of attention.
“If you read the comments online, they're all very positive and praising how beautiful Peggy is.
“Before all this happened, she got a lot of attention for her looks alone, but usually people would just brush each other off and whisper, 'What's wrong with you?'
“So since everything happened, the public perception of Peggy, whether she's pretty or ugly or whatever, has definitely changed for the better.”
