Liquid comprehensive vitamin tink recipe

In the past, I shared a chewy vitamin made at home for children (or adults). That’s my favorite crowd in my house, but I also wanted to share a herb liquid vitamin tincture.

This recipe is basically a herbal glycet light made of a specific high rare hub to make liquid multi vitamins. It can be easily customized and can be for children or adults.

Making a hub multi -vitamin tincture is the same process as used to make herbs, but this specific herb is a natural nutrient source and creates excellent vitamins. Overall nutrition is low, but it is bioavailable.

Why is it liquid vitamin?

My children like chewing/Gumi vitamins and are excellent sources of gelatin. But this tincture has a high concentration of some vitamins and minerals of the herb. Also, because it is more concentrated, you do not have to take much. To get a good amount of vitamins/minerals, you only need a small amount of tincture. This is useful when it is difficult to lower the food (early pregnancy, etc.).

It is much easier to make supplements regularly when the supplement is easier for daily life!

Homemade Hub Multi Vitamin is also a cheap way to get the additional additives and vitamins and minerals that are often found in commercial vitamins. Minerals come from a natural botanical garden (herb), so it is more likely to balance than the synthetic version. And their natural synergies help to increase absorption.

Herb vitamin tincture is good when it’s made correct, and it’s easy to eat a small child! It also uses such vitamin tinctures and maintains the balance of the immune system during pregnancy and breastfeeding for nutrients.

Comprehensive vitamin tincture hub

Before using the hub, use only a hub that is safe to study and use in the long run. I shared my recipe below, but I need to determine the most suitable herbs for my family. In the past, this recipe had an alcohol option, but vitamins and minerals are not extracted with alcohol. By using glycerin, the recipe still avoids synthetic preservatives, is distributed and is a better source of specific nutrients.

Making a hub vitamin glycerite

Glycerin is popular in some groups because of its sweet taste. It is also a method that does not have alcohol to preserve herbs for those who want to avoid alcohol. Sweet but not sugar and most of the insulin levels are not raised. It is also very popular with children!

Alcohol tinctures are slightly stronger than glycet lights, so you need to take higher doses with glycase lights. But glycerin performs better tasks to extract water -soluble vitamins, aristocracy and other ingredients. You won’t actually get fat -soluble vitamins such as vitamins D, E, A and K.

Alfalpa

Alfalpa is often called “natural vitamins” for high concentrations of vitamins and minerals. In particular, it contains eight essential amino acids and vitamin K and the chlorophyll content of all plants is the highest. This is also the reason for using it in pregnancy. Alfalpa’s herbal glycet lights include vitamins B and C, some calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus and potassium.

Red raspberry leaf

This is one of my favorite herbs and took it later in pregnancy. B-vitamins and vitamins C, calcium, magnesium, manganese, potassium and phosphorus. Raspberry Leaf is the ability to tone the uterus and make it easier to work on pregnant women. I wonder if this is partially due to magnesium content because magnesium was very helpful for me during pregnancy.

Dandelion leaf

In addition, vitamins and minerals, especially calcium, are very high. It is the same type of dandeli ray, such as growing up in your backyard, and even roots, leaves and flowers are very useful! Dandelion roots are said to be suitable for digestive systems and intestinal health, liver, pancreas, gallbladder and circulatory system.

Dandelion leaves not only have calcium, but also vitamin B, potassium and iron. It is often used as diuretics to wash away excessive waste from the body and to support the kidneys (without exhausting potassium).

Stevia

I use Stevia only for taste, but I have a unique health advantage. This herb is an option, but it is an option to not skip. Stevia is rich in phenols, flavonoids, vitamins and minerals. It also has antioxidants, antibacterial and anti -inflammatory properties. You can also find folic acid, micro nutrients, essential amino acids, calcium, potassium, iron and vitamin C.

I also prefer to include peppermint leaves for children in the past, but not to use a large amount for pregnancy or very small children. I usually pull out mint from the vitamin tincture. The nettle leaves are another common option of multitamin tincture. Like the Alfalpa, the nutrients are very high.

How to create liquid vitamin tincture

This liquid multi -vitamin is technically technically hub glycerite because it extracts nutrients using vegetable glycerin. You can see step -by -step directions on how to make glycerite in this post. The following method uses a sealed Simmer extract. Heat helps to extract vegetable components and prevents volatile plant oils from evaporating by using jars with lids.

For our herbal multivitamins, we use:

Mix the required quantity, usually 1 copy = 1/4 cup or weight 1 or 1 ounce.

Depending on the desired amount, you can expand the recipe upward or down. The recipe below is enough for 1 pin. If you want to make a quart jar, it’s doubled. If you are in the pine jar, you can get a total of 1.5 cups of liquid. The exact amount depends on how many liquids of herbs are absorbed and how thoroughly it is woven later.

I usually fill 1/3 ~ 1/2 with dried herbs and do not pack it.

  • Add dried herbs to the jar. Pour glycerin and water and stir and mix.

  • Clean the jar and wear the lid.

  • “Warm Status” or very low settings, place the washing cloth or silicone baking mat (so that the jar does not break) on the bottom of the magic pot. Cover 3/4 of the jar (do not cover the lid!) And turn on the lowest setting.

  • In this setting, keep the caffli for at least 1 day and add water as needed. I have finished up to three days.

  • To use the stove top, place a wash cloth on the bottom of the pot and place the jar at the top. Fill the pot so that the water covers about 3/4 of the jar. I use a pot that is deep enough to do this and a deep pot to wear a pot lid. Boil it smoothly for 2-3 hours.

  • When the mixture cools, use a cheese cloth to filter herbs. Weave a cloth to take out as many liquids as possible.

  • Keep glycet light in a clean dropper bottle or jar.

  • When it is made correctly and stored, glycetlight has a life of 2-3 years.

How long does it take?

I take up to 1 teaspoon 3 times a day as needed (or 1 tablespoon in the morning). Children usually receive 1/2 to 1 teaspoon per day.

Other options

When I didn’t have time or supplies to make tincture, I also used the same herb combination to create a default injection instead. Or you will add dried herbs to smoothies.

To inject, I pour 1 cup of herb mixtures, cover and boil overnight 1/2 gallons. In the case of smoothies, 1 tablespoon dried herbal powder is put in smoothie. Herb injection extracts vitamins better than glycerite, but is not stable or concentrated!
