When Cash and GlassPool wins Rinky Hijikata and David Pel 6-2 7-6 (3), Pat Hughes and Raymond Tucky have become the first British pairing that obtained the title after the trophy in 1936.
Jonny Marray, Neal Skupski and Henry Patten have been the home winners in Wimbledon for the last 15 years ago, but they all worked with foreign doubles partners.
