I don’t win the organization or minimalism with the stand… They support my health, improve sleep, and set the atmosphere of productive days. I also mentioned that it is a good place to visually promote health habits because the night stand is the first to see in the morning in the podcasts and posts that accumulate habits.
I will guide you all about my stand and explain why there.
1. Mason jar with a quart -sized size with salt
First: sign language. My stand is dissolved with a one -quart -sized mason jar and high quality mineral salt teaspoon filled with water. why? The first to be regretted in the morning is that you can’t negotiate with me. Lost water through breathing and sweat all night and dehydrate. If you add a chunk of salt to the water, it is essential to help you next.
- Supply the sign language level
- Support the adrenal function
- Blood pressure
- Kickstart digestion
Sometimes, before drinking ordinary water, melt the salt in the mouth and mix it. Either way, this small morning ritual has a great influence on my energy level and overall welfare. Recently, I have been using salt without this micro -fluid. Check out this post and this podcast for more information about why I like salt!
2. Morning and evening supplements
A good night’s sleep is only half of the battle. What you do in the morning is very important. I keep the built -in supplement so that I don’t miss them. Here is what I take and why is:
- Magnesium innovation: I’m a half -stone modulator, so I take magnesium in the morning, but many people think it’s more effective at night. Magnesium is essential for hundreds of processes of the body. It supports muscle function, reduces stress, and promotes energy production. It is also fantastic for balancing hormones and improving sleep quality.
- Pectasol: This modified citrus pectin must go for soft detoxification. It helps to remove safely by combining heavy metals and toxins of the body. I knew that this would be helpful in the immune recovery journey, and now I take it to check the inflammation regularly.
- Masszymes: Digestive enzyme supplements to help break down protein and improve intestinal health. It is especially helpful if you fall into a heavy meal the night before. I take this on an empty stomach in the morning and evening, and sometimes I take it with a meal to improve digestion. It works differently even if there is or without food, so mix and perform two things often.
- Pros biotics: Healthy intestines are the basis of health, and probiotics help to maintain its balance by supporting digestion and immunity. I also take this regardless of the presence of food at other time.
- Wizard: This is the game changer of Brain Health. It supports cognitive function, mental clarity and focus. I usually take this in the morning to improve energy. Sometimes I take it at night and usually have a vivid dream when I do it.
It looks a bit cluttered, but having them in my stand helps to remember taking them, and I am much more consistent in this way. I like glass bottles that look better. You will find the same jar at my table with other supplements.
3. Essential oil for better sleep
Sleep is a sacred and lively blue essential oil in my house is my secret weapon. I selected my friend JODY’s break and a blend collection to sleep in Vibrant Blue.
- Parasympathetic: Calm the nervous system and promote deep relaxation.
- Fascia release: I have recently focused on lymph and fascia and I love this for mild movements and mobility before sleep.
- lymph: A powerful oil mix designed to support the lymphatic system. I like this with my feet on the wall and lying on the acupressure mat at night.
I apply this oil to the bottom of the foot before I go to my wrist, neck, and bed, and the difference in sleep quality is remarkable.
4. Detoxination: Cytodetox and Carble Cleanse
It also cleanses Cytodetox and True Carbon. I often take Cytodetox in the morning and evening, and at night I do true carbon cleansing with true carbon cleansing and pectasol and mass. These are designed.
- Support cell detoxification
- Combined with environmental toxins
- Promote the overall energy level and combat inflammation
If you take this regularly, it feels full and clean.
5. It is quiet to relieve stress
Modern life can be overwhelming, so it has been a priority for effectively managing stress. Be serene is a mix of adaptive hubs and natural compounds.
- Reduce stress
- Promote rest
- Balance
It is time to relax at the end of the long day.
6. Blue Light Blocking Orange Glass
Let’s talk about light hygiene. Orange shades of blue -blocked glasses are essential to reduce exposure to artificial blue in the evening. Blue lights are more difficult to fall asleep by suppressing melatonin production. By wearing these glasses I:
- Protect my cycle rhythm
- Improves my sleep quality
- Reduce your eyes tension
I also try to switch to the lower and red/amber lights of my entire house at night and try to avoid the screen and bright lights as much as possible after the dark.
7. I read the book and my journal
Reading is part of my daily life, and I always have a few books in my stand. Now I am jumping into the title of personal growth, health and health. My Kindle also lives here for digital books.
I am now reading or reading again: Anthony de Mello’s perception, the search of a man looking for meaning, the sweepgrass, four contracts, and the power of David Hawkins for the recommendation of a friend’s recommendation.
Along with my book, I have my journal and planner.
- Reflect that day
- Write a list of appreciation
- Tomorrow plan
This simple practice is based on me and focuses on me.
8. Daylight Computer
When you talk about avoiding blue light at night… This was a game changer.
Yes, there is a dedicated computer for night use, but this is becoming a quick computer. This daylight computer is designed with low EMF emissions and zero blue light, so it is ideal for reading or writing in the evening without interfering with the sleep cycle. It is a lifetime of life for late -night inspiration sessions. You can integrate most of the apps, listen to audiobooks and podcasts and use it as a Google document, use notes, digital journaling, and listening to music!
9. Mouth tape
The mouth tape may sound strange, but it’s a game changer for breathing. You can close your mouth gently at night and breathe through your nose.
- Improves oxygen intake
- Reduce snoring
- Improves sleep quality
It is a small adjustment with great benefits.
10. Sound Machine and Blackouts shades
Creating a perfect sleeping environment cannot be negotiated. My sound machine produces calm white noise and distracts, while 100% blackout shades ensure complete darkness. These were game changers and can be completely darker in the afternoon. Keep the remote control for the shades of the stand for easy access.
11. Charger for My Korean Ring
My Korean Ring is the favorite wearable for tracking sleep, activities and recovery. The charger is always ready to go because it has a permanent point in my stand.
12. Face Roller and GUA SHA Tools
Skin care is self -care, and this tool helps you rest and relax before going to bed. Soft massage improves circulation and lymphatic drainage to shine the skin. I use the roller Wai GUA SHA tool and face cuping tool here.
13. Silk Bonnet and Sleep Scrunch
Priority is to protect the hair while sleeping. My silk bonnet and scross prevents damage and my hair is soft and tangled.
14. Lamp with red light bulb
Finally, my stand has a lamp with a red light bulb. Red light does not interfere with the production of melatonin, so it is a perfect choice for reading or breaking time.
Takeout
My night stand is not just a collection of random items. Wellness powerhouse. Each item provides purpose, supports health, improves sleep, wakes up freshly, and helps to solve the day. To upgrade your sleeping environment, improve breakfast routines, or simply find a new way to prioritize your health, I hope you will inspire your stand to create your own healthy refuge. Good dream!
