Luke Littler’s incredible 2025 continued with an 11-8 win over Nathan Aspinall in the final of the Players Championship Finals at Minehead.

The victory earned the 18-year-old world number one his sixth major ranking title of the year and added his first Players Championship final crown to his growing trophy collection.

Littler has now won eight of the ten PDC majors, with only the European Championships and World Masters remaining, making him the first player in history to complete an overall sweep.

Littler reached the showpiece of the tournament with an 11-8 win over Gerwyn Price in the semi-finals, while Aspinall secured his place with an 11-2 win over Jermaine Wattimena in the last four meetings.

Littler stormed into a 5-2 lead in the final, but Aspinall continued to threaten and produced a brilliant fightback to score 127 to trail the world number one 9-8.

But Littler kept his composure and scored 88 points to secure the title.
