Video shows the moment a California Highway Patrol trooper found and rescued a man hanging from a cliff above Baker Beach in San Francisco, California. Officials with the San Francisco Fire Department said a 911 call came in reporting a person was trapped and asking for help. The man was not injured and refused any medical treatment at the scene, officials said.
