Marco Rubio says US is investigating deadly Cuban shooting
Cuban officials said border troops exchanged fire with a speedboat in Florida on Wednesday, killing four people on the boat and wounding six others. Secretary of State Marco Rubio said the United States was working to determine what happened and would respond accordingly.
To be honest, this hasn’t happened in Cuba for a very long time. According to the Cuban regime, the boat was registered in Florida. We are tracking it.
