Marriott International unveiled the series of new soft brands, Marriott, focusing on “well -executed basics.”

This series collection promises clean and comfortable rooms, free WiFi and daily coffee or tea that encompasses mid -scale and luxury hotels, offering free breakfast, fitness center and meetings and events.

The brand will debut in India through a contract with the Indian hotel management company Concept Hospitality Private Limited.

According to this contract, three flagship brands (FERN, FERN Residences and FERN habitats) of Concept Hospitality will be directly partnered with the series of Marriott all over India.

Marriott will invest in small -scale equity investments in concept hospitality as part of the contract. Founded in 1996, there are 84 hotels in Concept Hospital.

Marriott’s CEO Anthony Capuano called India the “main growth market,” and this concept partnership added that “we are a powerful basis for accelerating the growth of the Marriott Collection series in addition to the world.”

Marriott said that the Marriott brand is in the “active discussion” with the hotel owner about introducing series to the US, the Caribbean, Latin America, Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Other Soft brands in Marriott include signing collections, tribute portfolios, design hotels and MGM collections with Marriott Boss.
