
universalWhen Luna Sofia Miranda approached Sean Baker at a strip club in New York in 2022, she did her best to fascinate him.
But he said, “I didn’t want to buy a rap dance.”
At the time, Miranda, 23, asked why he and his wife were there.
“I have a very nose,” she says. “So I kept asking them and finally got it from them. They were making a movie about the stripper.”
She told them that she had studied acting, and after a successful audition, he called on the 24th birthday and participated in the movie.
The film, ANORA, is now considered one of the leaders heading to Oscar.
It is a star of Mikey Madison, who is supervised by Baker and climbs for the best actress for her role as a New York stripper.
The 25 -year -old Madison relied on a real stripper to help her part perfectly.
When she won the BAFTA Movie Award Last month, she devoted himself to the sex worker community.
“I was able to meet some of the community through the study of the film and was one of the most amazing parts in the film production,” she said behind the stage.
