Three-division world champion Mikaela Mayer has signed with Jake Paul’s Most Valuable Promotions.

Mayer is the current WBC and WBA super welterweight world champion and also holds the WBO welterweight title.

The star American joins the most valuable promotion as the company launches MVPW, a new global platform dedicated to women’s boxing.

Mayer jumped up to super welterweight to win two world titles in her third division, beating Mary Spencer in Canada last October.

World champion Michaela Mayer retained her WBO welterweight title with a win over Sandy Ryan.

She defeated Sandy Ryan to become the WBO welterweight world champion in New York, and defended the belt in a rematch with Ryan in Las Vegas.

Mayer became world champion at super featherweight for the first time in 2022 when she lost the 130-pound IBF and WBO belts to Alycia Baumgardner in a controversial decision at London’s O2 Arena.

She also traveled to Liverpool to challenge Natasha Jonas for the IBF welterweight belt in 2024.

“I’m excited to join the most deserving promotion as we continue to break down barriers and elevate women’s boxing to new heights,” Meyer said.

“I’ve always wanted the biggest and best fights, and MVP’s roster of top women’s champions creates an incredible opportunity to make those matchups happen.

“I’m looking forward to showcasing my skills on the biggest platform in the sport and working with a passionate and innovative team that believes in the continued growth of women’s boxing.”
