More than 800 people died after a strong earthquake hit Afghanistan.

The survivors of the earthquake, who killed more than 800 people and injured thousands of people in the eastern Afghanistan, spent the night as they continued to rescue.

Most of the deaths occurred in the mountain Kuna, the closest to the 6.0 -sized epicenter when they hit Sunday night. Officials warned that the number of deaths could rise significantly as the entire village was destroyed.
