*To receive a digital Costco Shopping Card, you must provide a valid email address when signing up and set up automatic renewal of your Costco membership with a Visa® credit/debit card or Mastercard debit card. If you choose not to enroll in automatic renewal when signing up, no incentive will be paid. Valid only for new members and members who have not been a Costco member (Basic, Family or Affiliate) in the last 18 months. Valid only for non-members during the first year of membership.
