My SPF Rotation

There are very few beauty products that I repurchase without much thought. Sunscreen is one of them.

Over the years, I’ve tried hundreds of SPFs, from popular products to dermatologist-recommended products. These are things that have become regulars. These are the things I emptied, repurchased, and packed for almost every trip.

What I love about this lineup is that it’s not just one sunscreen that does it all. It comes in four pieces and each does one thing really well: daily wear, travel, glow and coverage. Here’s the breakdown.

Who lives in my bag: BLOOMEFFECTS Tulip Screen Shield SPF 50

Whether you’re hiking or at the beach, it’s a good idea to use a sunscreen stick that’s easy to reapply. No dirty hands, no excuses not to do it.

This is one of the products that makes you feel like it is easy to block UV rays. That said, I remember actually using it.

Daily essentials: OSEA Marine Screen SPF 50

My everyday mineral SPF. It’s not always easy to find a mineral sunscreen that absorbs transparently into your skin, but this one gets it just right. It wears beautifully and feels comfortable all day long.

To serve as a primer: Ciel Prime & Protect SPF

This has become my favorite sunscreen because it also acts as a beautiful primer. Your skin looks healthy, radiant, and a little more hydrated. If you prefer something a little more natural, the original primer has a softer finish.

Who has coverage:CIELE Tint & Protect SPF 50

A tinted sunscreen that provides medium coverage, hydrates the skin, and blends effortlessly. This method is used when you want a little more coverage. I use 03 Lite.

I’ve learned that the best sunscreen isn’t necessarily the most expensive or trendiest. In fact, you’ll find yourself looking forward to applying it every morning.
