Naoya Inoue defended his super bantamweight title by defeating Junto Nakatani in one of the biggest matches in Japanese boxing history.

After 12 brutal rounds, ‘Monster’ Inoue retained his WBC, WBA, IBF and WBO belts by defeating compatriot Nakatani by scores of 116-112, 116-112, 115-113 in front of 55,000 spectators at the Tokyo Dome.
