Investigators as part of the investigation into the Kentucky cargo plane crash that killed three crew members and 11 people on the ground have released video showing the left engine separating during takeoff, according to the National Transportation Safety Board. The initial report included images of the engine separation and stated that the plane that crashed in November 2025 never rose more than 30 feet (9.1 m) above the ground.
