Most protein ice creams taste like protein shakes disguised as dessert. This high-protein Ninja Creamy Vanilla Ice Cream recipe actually tastes just like real vanilla ice cream. Contains over 24g of protein per serving.

Vanilla Ice Cream Recipe (Ninja Creamy)
To be honest, I usually don’t like protein powders. Most products I’ve tried leave a chalky texture or artificial aftertaste that completely ruins the end result. So, I tried Levels Unflavored Whey Protein and was very surprised. It blended seamlessly into this high-protein vanilla ice cream and gave it the creamy texture I wanted without making it taste like a protein shake. Made with Greek yogurt, Fairlife milk, and vanilla bean paste, this Ninja Creami recipe is rich, creamy, and contains over 24 grams of protein per serving without a chalky texture or weird aftertaste. Rich, creamy, and endlessly customizable with your favorite mix-ins and toppings.

- Protein Powder: I only tested this ice cream recipe using Levels Protein. You can try it with a different protein that doesn’t taste as good, but it may change the creamy texture.
- Don’t like monk fruit? Use additional agave.
- Liquid Sweetener: Swap agave for honey.
- vanilla bean paste The vanilla scent is richer and more intense than the extract, but If you can’t find it, substitute vanilla extract.
- milk: I used Fairlife to increase the protein content, but you can use regular milk if you prefer.
