
Workers in the Amazon warehouse in Garner, North Carolina, voted against the union in the election results announced today.
According to Carolina Amazonians, according to UNITED to grant solidarity and authority, the workers group to form a trade union had 3,276 voting sites in the election, and 25.3%of the voting rights were advantageous for the union and prepared for 74.7%. The results must still be certified by the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB).
In the statement provided to CNBC, the cause criticized the results of “breaking Amazon’s law.”
Amazon spokesman Eileen Hards denied that the company broke the law and said, “We are pleased that our team can listen to voice and maintain a direct relationship with Amazon.”
Workers at Amazon Warehouse in Staten Island voted in Unionize in 2022, and workers in the Philadelphia location of Amazon owned by the union in favor of the union earlier this year. The grocery chain asked NLRB to have these results.
Amazon’s lawyers recently joined SPACEX as a legal challenge to NLRB’s structure.
