  1. Beef Dishes: Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the olive oil and chopped onion. Cook for 3 minutes until tender. Add ground beef. Cook until broken and browned, about 7 minutes. Drain fat if necessary. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Combine: Add beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, and long-grain white rice and mix well.
