OpenAI may be planning a $200 per month ChatGPT Pro plan.

OpenAI’s “12 Days of Shipmas” event doesn’t start for a few hours, but the first big announcement may have been revealed early.

The staging page on the website used by OpenAI indicates the “ChatGPT Pro” plan, which includes all the benefits of ChatGPT Plus plus new features.

Please remember that ChatGPT Plus is an upgraded version of ChatGPT, OpenAI’s AI-based chatbot platform.

ChatGPT Pro also includes unlimited access to advanced voice modes, ChatGPT’s human-like conversation capabilities, and the new “o1 pro mode,” which “uses more computing for the best answers to your most difficult questions.”

But all of this may come at a huge price. ChatGPT Pro per page starts at $200 or £200/€229 per month depending on location. Users upgrading from ChatGPT Plus to Pro will receive prorated credit for the remaining subscription period.

That makes ChatGPT Pro OpenAI’s most expensive subscription plan, 10 times the cost of ChatGPT Plus.

A separate leaked webpage discovered by Blaho includes references to what could be OpenAI’s next major model. According to the page, subscribers to OpenAI’s ChatGPT Team plan will soon have access to a “limited preview” of “GPT-4.5.”
