Pandau River Cruises is set to launch a new ship in South India in the fall of 2025.
Kochi Pandau sails the backwaters of Kerala and operates 7-night round trip cruises departing from Kochi.
Cruises visit remote cities and towns and cruise 550 miles of waterways that connect the region's rivers and lakes.
The Coach Panda has 10 cabins and features a wraparound promenade deck, a feature of this route.
This is Pandaw's fourth ship to operate in India, and the company says it is seeing increasing demand for river cruises. Pandaw said it expects the cruise in Kerala to encourage guests to join other cruises currently on the Ganges or Brahmaputra.
Guests can visit ancient churches, Hindu temples, artisan villages and enjoy the beach views along the Malabar Coast.
Departures begin in October 2025 and cost $2,800 per person, double occupancy. Meals and excursions included.
