When ordering your pizza, please add a note to make it on a ‘cold crust’ so the yeast isn’t activated yet and it will bake much better when you’re ready. Also, ask the Papa Murphy’s crew to double-pack your pizza. This will better protect your pizza from freezer burn.
Place the pizza in the freezer as soon as you get home, and do not store it in the freezer for more than 21 days. When you decide you’re ready to cook your pizza, thaw it in the refrigerator for 24 hours, then place it on the counter to warm up to room temperature for about 60 minutes before baking.
