One of my favorite summer side dishes, this is a very simple Pamasan pumpkin. I fry the pumpkin in a frying pan with garlic to soft creep soup, and then put a lot of freshly grayed permic acid (or pecorino romano) for the extra salty bite. It’s so simple but so good!
