U.S. authorities say they believe multiple people were involved in the New Year’s Day attack that killed 15 people and injured dozens in New Orleans.
The driver of a pickup truck that plowed into a large crowd in the city’s French Quarter has been identified as Shamsud-Din Jabbar, a U.S. Army veteran from Texas, who later died in a shootout with police. I did it.
