Polkadot ($DOT) resumed trading above $4.5 this week after a strong and dramatic visit to the multi-year support level of $3.6. However, demand for low-priced $DOT pushed the price back above the $4 level.

$DOT recovery according to market conditions

$DOT had a tumultuous week, plunging to its multi-year support level of $3.6 on Monday. The week started with severe selling pressure, sending $DOT down more than 10% to $4.2, with additional pressure pushing the price to a low of $3.61. However, demand for $DOT pushed the price back above $4, eventually closing the session at $4.21. $DOT’s $3.6 support has been there since October 2020, when a bottom was formed.

Important progress despite losses

Despite the recent significant losses, Polkadot has launched some exciting developments in its ecosystem. The platform has launched a redesigned website in partnership with web3 marketing agency Distractive. The newly launched updated website aims to provide a more efficient and user-friendly experience, reflecting Polkadot’s commitment to innovation in the web3 space. Notable improvements to the website include new branding, streamlined messaging, and an improved user interface. The website also includes new features such as a decentralized job board and events page.

Polkadot’s upgraded website also introduces Polkadot 2.0, a significant upgrade that will allow Polkadot to evolve into a highly decentralized solution for the new Internet. Polkadot 2.0 brings a variety of new features and improvements to improve user experience, lower barriers to entry, and align development with market demands.

Polkadot’s evolution will allow projects to leverage Polkadot technology to streamline developer onboarding and allow the network to grow to meet the community’s expectations.
