Popsicles recalled due to undeclared allergens and dyes

De Dios’ Ice Pops II LLC is recalling 3.7 oz. Packages of “popsicles” as they may contain undeclared milk, yellow #5, red #40, pecans and pistachios.

People who are allergic or have a severe sensitivity to these ingredients may be at risk of a serious or life-threatening allergic reaction if they consume these products.

The recalled products are labeled dba: D’DIOSES FRUIT POPS. The product was distributed to retail grocery stores in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and Connecticut.

This recall applies to all units of the flavors listed below produced before the implementation of updated allergen control procedures on or before April 27, 2026.

Coconut, strawberry pudding, rice pudding, mami, guava, vanilla, lompov, walnut, pistachio, cookies and cream, pina colada, lemon, grossella, mango, tamarind, eggplant.

The recall was initiated after an FDA inspection revealed that existing manufacturing processes needed improvements to prevent cross-contact of allergens. De Dios’ Ice Pops II LLC immediately implemented revised processes and new guidelines at the direction of the FDA to ensure the safety of all future production.
