The Peruvian Council dismissed the investigation of President Dinabolu Art for allegations of accepting Rolex clock as a bribe.
The decision of the subcommittee means Boluarte, which is a single number of approval rating.
But she was still able to face charges when she left the office next year and could lose her exemption.
The corruption investigation called “Rolexgate” was seen in March 2024 by the police, and the authorities are looking for more than dozens of luxury watches that Boluar have not declared.
The survey began after the news report paid attention to the luxury watch worn at the public event.
A raid occurred after the prosecution refused to ask for more time to the summons that the prosecution requested her to provide a purchase proof of her watch. The government’s palace was also attacked.
Last year, the Peruvian government described the raid as “unbalanced and unconstitutional.”
Boluarte argued that she entered the government with a clean hand, and she would “leave with a clean hand.”
The president also faced a separate exploration of a two -week absence in 2023 and did not delegate power for nose surgery.
Boluarte was impeached when his predecessor Pedro Castillo tried to dissolve the council with the law.
During the violent demonstration of Bolu Art, dozens of people died of a conflict after Castillo’s exposure.
The next president and legislative elections will be held in April 2026.
