Protesters in India are celebrating the resignation of Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan.
In Delhi, tens of thousands of young people protested demanding Pradhan’s resignation following leaked exam papers and cheating tests.
Now Pradhan has resigned and protests organized by the Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) have been cancelled.
The CJP is not an actual political party but a national movement born of a satirical campaign and has been subject to strong police repression.
