Pumpkin Spice Latte Ingredients
Pumpkin butter and pumpkin pie spice add a fall flavor to your coffee. Please refer to the recipe card below for exact ingredient measurements.

- skim milk Keep it light, but you can also use whole milk. If you prefer, use non-dairy almond milk, oat milk, or coconut milk.
- Pumpkin Butter: I love making pumpkin butter every fall. It's made with canned pumpkin puree, apple cider, brown sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and pumpkin pie spice, and it's so versatile. In addition to stirring it into coffee, it's also great on toast, oatmeal, smoothies, and yogurt. You can buy it here or at Trader Joe's.
- sugar To make it a little sweeter and balance the flavors
- Vanilla extract Enhances flavor and adds a subtle sweetness.
- Pumpkin Pie Spice Provides warm autumn spices.
- coffee: I prefer espresso, but any strong brewed coffee will do. You can even use decaffeinated ones.
- garnish: If you want all the flavors a coffee shop would offer, try topping your PSL with nonfat whipped cream (like Cool Whip or True Whip) and pumpkin pie spice.

- Dairy-Free: Use your favorite plant-based milk, such as soy milk, almond milk, or oat milk, and forgo whipping cream or use coconut whip.
- pumpkin: If you don't want to make pumpkin butter, use pumpkin puree. You may need to add more sweetener or pumpkin pie spice to get the same flavor.
- sweetener: Use maple syrup or honey instead of sugar. For a sugar-free pumpkin spice latte, use monk fruit or sugar-free maple syrup, which has zero calories and carbs.
- Do you want it stronger? Add a shot of espresso.
- No pumpkin pie spice? Substitute a little cinnamon and nutmeg.
- topping: If you wish, you can omit the whipping cream.
- Iced Pumpkin Spice Latte: Coffee drinks served over ice.
