Russia’s President Vladimir Putin refused a Western proposal for “guarantee” in Ukraine the day after the armistice began at the Paris summit.
French President Emmanuel Macron said 26 people in the Ukrainian alliance officially said that they were officially trying to deploy troops on land, sea or air.
He did not explain in detail the relevant countries.
Putin tried to bankrupt the initiatives of the allies, and all troops in Ukraine wanted to warn that they would be “legitimate goals.”
