Iga Swike sent the fourth consecutive title in the QATAR Open with the victory with Elena Rybakina in the quarter -finals.
In the final of the Doha final last year, Swie Arc broke up in the second set to claim 6-2 7-5 victory.
SWIATEK has become the first woman in the Qatar Open since the tournament began in 2001 with 15 consecutive victories.
“I’m very happy and proud of myself,” he said. “The second set had to do so because she felt like she was raising her level.”
Rybakina began a 4-2 superiority in head to head with SWIATEK, but last month, he maintained the world’s second place with another success in the United Cup.
SWIATEK started the competition much better, but Rybakina started to traction with strong sub and ground stroke at the beginning of the second set and opened 4-2 leads.
She could not maintain this, and SWIATEK regained a break before winning Rybakina.
The second seed joined the last four by the typical ekaterina Alexandrova.
After winning the WTA Tour event at LINZ, Russians have won the second round in the world’s No. 1 Aryna Sabalenka, defeating the sixth seed Jessica Pegula 4-6 6-1 6-1.
