IMVELO Safari Lodges plans to open the Tum Tum Treehouse Lodge on the HWANGE National Park of Zimbabwe at the end of this year and offers a tree -level safari experience.
The new six -room real estate will accommodate up to 12 guests, combining expensive tent accommodations with close -up wild animals and preserving the community infrastructure.
Located in the forests of the teak and camels in the southeastern part of the park, Tum Tum has four grown tree house tents built on a wooden platform and two rooms that can be composed of family units.
TreEhouses is being developed in partnership with Nelson Treehouse, a team based in the United States behind the reality TV show “TreEhouses Masters”. The team recently joined ImveLo at the site of Mandiseka and began planning the rescue. The goal is to use a low -affected method to build around the existing tree and provide the view of the wildlife that passes through the forest below.
Rhinos are not only classic activities but also walking
Guests who stay in Tum Tum can expect classic safari activities, including game drives and Bushwalks similar to the four other HWANGE real estate (BOMANI, Camelthorn, Jozibanini and Nehimba) of IMVELO. The main highlights are the guide Rhino Walks in the nearby Mlevu Sanctuary, and the white rhino has been reintroduced into COMMUNITY LAND, a preservation initiative that directly benefits local villages through tourism imports.
Tum Tum continues the model of Imvelop that integrates the Safari experience with community participation. Guests can also visit a nearby community supported by tourism income from Lodge, such as Camelthorn and Bomani.
Lodge’s design, wood and canvas structures include a bathroom bathroom with a canvas roof and a dedicated deck overlooking the game -rich terrain. The two ground rooms aim to accept families or guests who prefer to sleep on the ground.
For more information on the exact opening date and transaction reservation information, it is expected to be close to the launch.
