Ritz-Carlton plans second hotel in Egypt: Travel Weekly

Marriott International has signed an agreement with Palm Hills Developments to open the Ritz-Carlton Cairo, Palm Hills.

Expected to open in 2027, the luxury hotel is expected to include 150 guest rooms and 50 one-, two- and three-bedroom serviced apartments and will be Ritz-Carlton's second hotel in Egypt. Nile Ritz-Carlton in Cairo, Cairo is the heart of Egypt's capital. Facilities at the planned West Cairo site are expected to include five restaurants, a spa, fitness centre, swimming pool, kids' club and state-of-the-art meeting and events facilities.

Part of Palm Hills, a luxury mixed-use community in the West Cairo suburbs, this hotel boasts views of the Pyramids of Giza and overlooks Palm Hills Golf Course. The new property will be part of the Palm Hills West Cairo development and will consist of residential, commercial, dining and entertainment areas.

The Ritz-Carlton Cairo, Palm Hills is within 20 minutes' drive of some of Cairo's biggest attractions, including the Pyramids and the Grand Egyptian Museum, as well as entertainment and retail The Mall of Arabia. Palm Hills is also easily accessible from Cairo and Sphinx airports.
